とある先生から、GmailからロシアのGmailにメールが送れないんだけど・・との問い合わせが来た。

先生、そんなユーザーいないようですが・・（もしくはメールボックスがないのか？）

でも、先生曰く、大学内からメール出すと問題ないとの事。

同じGmailなのに、なんで送れないんだろう？と言われて、あれっ？Gmailってグーグル全世界共通のGmail.comじゃないの？って調べてみました。
